COVID-19 Update

At Sitike, we remain committed to providing our essential addiction, mental health, and violence prevention programs as we continue to go through this COVID-19 pandemic together. We are currently providing intake, assessment, and drug and alcohol testing by appointment only. All other programs and services are being provided via telehealth.

If you have questions about our programs and services, you can reach us by calling our mail line at (650) 589-9305. Please note that we are working modified schedules and are only in the office Monday - Thursday from 9am-6pm and Friday from 9am-2pm. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response to messages left outside of our current office hours.

At Sitike, there is no higher priority than the safety of our staff and the community we serve. Since the consent of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra precautions, including increasing cleaning and sanitizing at our facility, conducting routine COVID-19 screening for anyone entering the facility, and adhering to physical distancing and face covering mandates.

We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC, and local and state health agencies. As this situation continues to unfold, we will continue to adapt and our practices will continue evolve with a continued focus on the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community.

Our mission is to provide community-based counseling and education in a safe and healing environment that embraces the cultural and emotional needs of every client and to help people find hope, resiliency and life-affirming change.

Our vision is a community where diversity, compassion, healing and growth are encouraged, valued and celebrated. The devastating effects of substance abuse, mental illness and violence are diminished. Relationships, families and children thrive.

Sitike believes that real, sustained recovery is possible for anyone caught in the web of alcohol and/or other drug addiction.

We are committed to assisting all who walk through our doors in understanding why they are here and assist them in developing the tools they need to turn their lives around.
